(405 ILCS 125/35) Sec. 35. Basic move-in expenses. The Housing is Recovery program shall include reasonable payment for the basic move-in expenses of the subsidy holder, including, but not limited to, payment of a security deposit and other move-in fees or expenses, and basic household supplies and furnishings.
