(405 ILCS 5/3-904) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 3-904) Sec. 3-904. Any person with mental illness admitted to a facility or placed in the care and custody of another person under any prior statute of this State is subject to this Chapter and may be discharged in accordance with its provisions.
