(40 ILCS 5/2-129) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 2-129) Sec. 2-129. Board voting. Each trustee is entitled to one vote on any action of the board. Not less than 4 concurring votes shall be necessary for action by the board at any meeting. No decision or action shall be effective unless so approved by the board. (Source: P.A. 83-1440.)
