410 ILCS 10/2

(410 ILCS 10/2) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 602) Sec. 2. As used in this Act, "food-service establishment" means any fixed or mobile establishment serving food to the public for consumption on the premises. The term does not include establishments operated on a temporary basis by charitable or non-profit organizations. (Source: P.A. 80-448.)
