(410 ILCS 230/4-100) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4604-100) Sec. 4-100. The Department may make grants to nonprofit agencies and organizations which coordinate and establish linkages among services that will further the purposes of this Act and, where appropriate, will provide, supplement, or improve the quality of such services.
