(410 ILCS 305/9.10) Sec. 9.10. Minimum necessary. When using and disclosing HIV-related information under this Act, a covered entity shall do so in accordance with the minimum necessary standard under HIPAA. (Source: P.A. 98-1046, eff. 1-1-15.)
