(410 ILCS 535/4) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 73-4) Sec. 4. The Director shall be the State Registrar of Vital Records, and shall, in accordance with the State Personnel Code, appoint a Deputy State Registrar and all other personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
