(410 ILCS 615/3.21a) Sec. 3.21a. "Lot consolidation" means the removal of damaged eggs from consumer labeled cartons and replacement of the damaged eggs with eggs of the same grade, size, sell-by date, brand, lot, and source. (Source: P.A. 99-732, eff. 1-1-17.)
