(410 ILCS 647/25) Sec. 25. Penalties. (a) Any person who violates this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) For a second or subsequent violation of this Act, a person is guilty of a Class 4 felony. (Source: P.A. 99-50, eff. 1-1-16.)
