(410 ILCS 655/60) Sec. 60. Violation; penalty. A person who commits a violation of this Act other than a violation of subsection (c) of Section 15 is guilty of a petty offense and subject to a fine of not more than $1,000. (Source: P.A. 93-866, eff. 1-1-05.)
