(410 ILCS 82/60) Sec. 60. Severability. If any provision, clause or paragraph of this Act shall be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this Act. (Source: P.A. 95-17, eff. 1-1-08; 95-1029, eff. 2-4-09.)
