(410 ILCS 86/20) Sec. 20. Additives. An electronic cigarette for sale in this State shall not include the following additives: (1) polyethylene glycol (PEG); (2) vitamin E acetate; or (3) medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil). (Source: P.A. 102-575, eff. 1-1-22.)
