410 ILCS 95/4

(410 ILCS 95/4) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7804) Sec. 4. Upon request of a State agency, a local health authority or a unit of local government, the Department of Public Health shall conduct an evaluation of the disease transmission potential of a site containing vectors of disease. Based on the findings of that evaluation, the Department shall recommend to the requesting agency ways to reduce or eliminate the vectors. (Source: P.A. 86-452.)
