(415 ILCS 170/7) Sec. 7. Purpose. Nothing in this Act shall prevent or discourage a fire department from responding to and mitigating incidents where a fire, spill, or leak of a known or suspected flammable liquid has occurred or is believed to be imminent. (Source: P.A. 102-290, eff. 8-6-21.)
