(415 ILCS 5/3.390) (was 415 ILCS 5/3.67) Sec. 3.390. Regulated recharge area. "Regulated recharge area" means a compact geographic area, as determined by the Board, the geology of which renders a potable resource groundwater particularly susceptible to contamination.
