(420 ILCS 56/55) Sec. 55. Penalties. A laser installation operator or temporary laser display operator who fails to comply with the provisions of this Act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a laser installation operator or temporary laser display operator fails to comply with the provisions of this Act constitutes a separate offense. (Source: P.A. 103-277, eff. 7-28-23.)
