(425 ILCS 30/9) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 109) Sec. 9. No smoking shall be allowed in a store where fireworks are offered for sale. Over each entrance to such a store a sign in large letters shall be displayed, reading "FIREWORKS FOR SALE-NO SMOKING ALLOWED." (Source: Laws 1935, p. 881.)
