(505 ILCS 100/22) (from Ch. 5, par. 972) Sec. 22. Any person violating any provision of this Act or any regulation issued hereunder is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $200 for each subsequent offense. (Source: P.A. 78-255.)
