(505 ILCS 57/5) Sec. 5. Family farmer. "Family farmer" means an individual who is a resident of Illinois and owns or leases land in Illinois that is used as a farm as that term is defined in Section 1-60 of the Property Tax Code. (Source: P.A. 91-191, eff. 7-20-99.)
