(505 ILCS 86/3) (was 720 ILCS 625/3) Sec. 3. Any person violating the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, and shall also be liable for all damages sustained by any person injured by such violation. (Source: P.A. 77-2492.)
