(50 ILCS 405/1.5a) (from Ch. 85, par. 851.5a) Sec. 1.5a. The limitation prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness of any town to establish, acquire by purchase or otherwise, construct, improve, extend, repair, equip, maintain and operate a public hospital.
