(50 ILCS 750/12) (from Ch. 134, par. 42) (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2027) Sec. 12. The Attorney General may, on behalf of the Illinois State Police or on his own initiative, commence judicial proceedings to enforce compliance by any public agency or public utility providing telephone service with this Act.
