(50 ILCS 815/3) (from Ch. 85, par. 1713) Sec. 3. The ordinance provided for in Section 2 shall not be adopted unless it shall have been published 3 times, at weekly intervals, in a newspaper having general circulation published in such county or municipality and a public hearing has been held.
