(525 ILCS 40/9) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5912) Sec. 9. The department shall have authority to designate portions of the State forests as wildlife or fish sanctuaries and shall promulgate rules and regulations for the protection and breeding of wildlife or fish within such areas. (Source: P.A. 81-358.)
