(55 ILCS 5/2-6007) (from Ch. 34, par. 2-6007) Sec. 2-6007. Voting by president. The president of the board of commissioners shall have the same privilege of voting as any other commissioner; but he shall not have a casting vote upon any question upon which he has voted as commissioner.
