(55 ILCS 5/3-3018) (from Ch. 34, par. 3-3018) Sec. 3-3018. Death certificates. Every coroner, as soon as he shall have completed his investigation of the cause and circumstances of any death coming within his jurisdiction hereunder, shall issue a death certificate on the form prescribed by law.
