(55 ILCS 5/3-6014) (from Ch. 34, par. 3-6014) Sec. 3-6014. Return by special deputy. Such special deputy shall make return in the time and manner of serving such process, under his or her oath, and for making a false return he or she shall be guilty of perjury, and punished accordingly.
