(620 ILCS 50/35) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 139) Sec. 35. In each county that has created a County Airport Commission as in this Act provided, there shall be a County Superintendent of Airports, unless the County Board of such county by resolution approved by the Department shall otherwise determine.
