620 ILCS 50/37

(620 ILCS 50/37) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 141) Sec. 37. Any two or more counties may appoint the same person as Superintendent for each of such counties and may by agreement provide for the proportionate share of the salary and expenses of such appointee to be borne by each county.
