620 ILCS 5/10

(620 ILCS 5/10) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.10) Sec. 10. "Air navigation" means the operation or navigation of aircraft in the air space over this State, or upon any airport or restricted landing area within this State. (Source: Laws 1945, p. 335.)
