(620 ILCS 5/50) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.50) Sec. 50. Exceptions-Federal government. The provisions of Sections 47, 48 and 49 shall not apply to any airport, restricted landing area or other air navigation facility owned or operated by the Federal Government within this State.
