(625 ILCS 5/1-129.1) Sec. 1-129.1. Ignition interlock device, breath alcohol ignition interlock device (BAIID). A device installed in a motor vehicle that prevents the vehicle from starting until the device has determined by an analysis of the driver's breath that the driver's breath alcohol is below a certain preset level.
