(65 ILCS 5/1-2.1-7) Sec. 1-2.1-7. Judicial review. Any final decision by a code hearing unit that a code violation does or does not exist shall constitute a final determination for purposes of judicial review and shall be subject to review under the Illinois Administrative Review Law.
