(65 ILCS 5/3.1-40-10) (from Ch. 24, par. 3.1-40-10) Sec. 3.1-40-10. Judge of elections. The city council shall be the sole judge of the election to office of the alderpersons. It shall also be the sole judge whether under Section 3.1-10-5 alderpersons are eligible to hold their offices.
