(70 ILCS 1205/2-10) (from Ch. 105, par. 2-10) Sec. 2-10. Except as otherwise provided herein, within 30 days after declaration of the result of the election to organize a district, the five persons elected as commissioners shall meet and decide by lot, the term for which each shall hold office. Two shall serve for six years; two shall serve for four years; and one shall serve for two years, respectively and until their successors shall be duly elected and qualified. (Source: P.A. 81-1490.)
