(70 ILCS 1210/16) (from Ch. 24 1/2, par. 95) Sec. 16. The board shall select one of its own members to act as secretary. The secretary shall keep the minutes of the board, preserve all records and perform such other duties as the board may direct. (Source: Laws 1911, p. 211.)
