(70 ILCS 1815/43) (from Ch. 19, par. 843) Sec. 43. As soon after the end of each fiscal year as may be expedient, the Board shall cause to be prepared and printed a complete and detailed report and financial statement of the Port District operations and of its assets and liabilities. A reasonably sufficient number of copies of such report shall be printed for distribution to persons interested, upon request, and a copy thereof shall be filed with the Governor, and the county clerk of each county which is partially or wholly within the Port District. A copy of such report shall be addressed and mailed to the corporate authorities of each municipality within the Port District. (Source: P.A. 77-1799.)
