(70 ILCS 1815/6.10a) (from Ch. 19, par. 806.10a) Sec. 6.10a. To apply to proper federal authorities in order to establish, operate, maintain or lease a foreign trade zone; and to enter into contracts, receive grants, and perform such other duties which are necessary and proper for the operation of a foreign trade zone.
