(70 ILCS 1915/5) Sec. 5. Definitions. As used in this Act: "Authority" means the Grand Avenue Railroad Relocation Authority. "Order" means that particular Order, as amended, entered by the Illinois Commerce Commission in ICC Docket #T90-0022. "Person" includes an individual, partnership, firm, public or private corporation, and government or unit of government. "Railroads" means the Soo Line Railroad, C P Rail Systems, Wisconsin Central Ltd., Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad, and other railroads operating or owning trackage or right of way within the area of the Authority.
