(70 ILCS 3010/21) (from Ch. 42, par. 319.21) Sec. 21. The provisions of this Act shall be cumulative and shall be considered as conferring additional power on sanitary districts and as additions to and not as limitation upon the powers of sanitary districts to construct, acquire, improve, extend, and operate sewerage systems.
