(70 ILCS 3715/8) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 231) Sec. 8. Provisions of this act shall not apply to water used for agricultural purposes, farm irrigation, or water used for domestic purposes where not to exceed 4 families are supplied from the same well or other immediate source.
