(70 ILCS 410/15.9) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7125) Sec. 15.9. Nothing in Section 15.2 through 15.9 of this Act shall prohibit the district from appropriating funds as otherwise provided in this Act for the construction, equipping, extension, improvement, operation or maintenance of any recreational facilities.
