(70 ILCS 605/3-12) (from Ch. 42, par. 3-12) Sec. 3-12. Organization of temporary commissioners-Quorum. The temporary commissioners shall elect one of their number as chairman and may elect one of their number as secretary. A majority shall constitute a quorum, and the concurrence of a majority regarding any matter within the scope of their duties shall be sufficient. (Source: Laws 1955, p. 512.)
