(70 ILCS 605/8-21) (from Ch. 42, par. 8-21) Sec. 8-21. Detachment of lands in municipal corporation exercising drainage powers- Appeals. Any order entered on such a detachment petition shall be final, whether granting or denying detachment, and separate or joint appeals may be taken as in other civil cases.
