(70 ILCS 705/14.12) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 34.12) Sec. 14.12. The title to all property of a district consolidated into a consolidated district is transferred to the consolidated district and is vested therein, to be held, however, for the same purposes and uses, and subject to the same conditions as before consolidation.
