(70 ILCS 905/19) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 19) Sec. 19. Each board of health, organized under this act, shall be empowered to issue warrants in anticipation of taxes to the same extent, in the same manner and with like limitations and restrictions as county, city, village and incorporated town authorities.
