(70 ILCS 905/6) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6) Sec. 6. The proposition shall be voted upon in the same manner as a constitutional amendment or other public measure. When the proposition to be voted upon is to erect a town or road district into a public health district, the proposition may be substantially in the following form: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Shall this ....
