Section 17

(70 ILCS 810/17) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6420) Sec. 17. Application of human resource ordinance. Whenever the county in which any such forest preserve district is located shall be governed by any county human resource ordinance, all employees of such forest preserve district shall be selected in accordance with the human resource ordinance in such county and all such employees shall be subject at all times to the provisions of such ordinance.
