(75 ILCS 16/30-55.25) Sec. 30-55.25. Remodeling or reconstructing a building. The board may remodel or reconstruct a building erected, purchased, or leased by the board when the building needs remodeling or reconstructing or is not adapted to the board's purposes and needs. (Source: P.A. 87-1277.)
