Bulletin 112 WITHDRAWAL OF BULLETIN 109, REINSTATEMENT OF BULLETIN 69 August 21, 2002 The Commissioner has completed a review of the impact of Bulletin 109 on covered individuals, employers, insurers and the Indiana Comprehensive Health Insurance Association.
